Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what your choices are. It applies to this website only.

What I collect

Inquiry form. When you send an inquiry I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional business or website, the service you are interested in, your project description, and optional budget and timeline.

Technical information for security. To limit spam and duplicate submissions I store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent string with the inquiry. I do not store your raw IP address with the inquiry.

Cookies. The site uses a session cookie that is needed for the security of the contact form (CSRF protection). It does not track you across other sites.

Analytics. If analytics is enabled, I measure page views and a small set of events such as "inquiry submitted" or "booking link clicked". Events never include your name, email, message or other personal details. Some tools, such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, may store cookies or similar data in your browser. Where this site asks for your consent first, they load only after you agree, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

How I use it

I use inquiry details to reply to you, to scope and quote a project, and to keep reasonable business records. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Inquiries are stored in this website's database and sent to my email inbox. My hosting and email providers process this data on my behalf. If you choose to use a booking link, that scheduling provider's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you these rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, similar rights apply under local law. Contact me through the contact page to make a request.
