Service 1 of 4
Website design and development for service businesses.
Your website is often where a customer decides whether to trust you. I design and build clear, mobile-friendly sites that explain what you do, show why you're credible, and make the next step obvious.
Sound familiar?
- Your site looks dated or is hard to use on a phone.”
- Visitors leave without knowing what you offer or how to contact you.”
- Inquiries arrive in different places and some get missed.”
- You cannot update pages or publish articles without calling a developer.”
- The site is slow, hard to find on Google, or built on a template that doesn't fit your business.”
What you get
What the work includes
Strategy and page plan
A sitemap, the purpose of each page and the key message, agreed before any design.
Design
A visual style and page layouts for desktop and mobile, shared for your feedback before build.
Development
A responsive site built from scratch on the platform that fits the project, such as WordPress, Shopify, Vue.js or a custom Laravel build.
Content management
A way to update key content and publish articles, using the platform’s own admin or a custom admin area.
Inquiry setup
A contact form that stores and emails inquiries, with an optional booking link and privacy-friendly analytics.
Technical SEO basics
Page titles and descriptions, structured data, XML sitemap, redirects and optimised images.
Launch and handover
Testing across devices, launch and handover.
Not sure which of these you need? Describe the problem and I will suggest a scope.

Common questions
How long does a website take?
It depends on the number of pages, how much content is ready and how quickly feedback comes back, so I agree timing with you when the project is scoped instead of quoting a standard number.
Can I edit the website myself?
That depends on the platform and what we agree in the scope. WordPress and Shopify include their own admin areas, and a custom build can have one added.
Will my site rank on Google?
I build the technical foundations search engines look for, but nobody can promise rankings. Results depend on competition, content quality and time.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. We review what already works, keep what is valuable, and redirect old URLs so you don't lose visitors.
What do I need to provide?
Your goals, your main services, any existing branding, and the content or photos you have. The scope lists exactly what is needed.
Who handles hosting?
We agree this in the written scope. Your domain and hosting accounts remain in your name.
