The business task
Lead research is repetitive work: the same kind of checking, repeated for each potential lead.
The business task was to support that research against business criteria and keep what is found in one organized place, ready for a person to review.
What the workflow does
The workflow supports lead research and organizes the information it gathers so that it is ready for review. What comes out is organized for a person to look through, rather than left as raw material.
